My Journey in Real Estate
Professional Journey
I started my real estate career in 2006, earning my Cert-in CEHA (Common Examination for House Agents) in the same year. I quickly made my mark as a TOP 100 Individual Producer at PropNex in 2007.
Seeking new challenges, I joined OrangeTee in mid-2007, where I ranked as a TOP 50 Achievers for two consecutive years.
Business Experience
In 2010, I took a bold step by setting up my own agency and later joined the Century21 franchise. I gained valuable experience managing an independent agency and working with a franchisor, and achieving TOP 10 Producer and Masters Emerald Producer status in 2012.
I exited the franchise partnership in 2013 to carry out on my own. This period enhanced my understanding of property market dynamics and client service delivery. I decided to wind down my agency in 2018, recognizing the need to adapt and refocus in a rapidly changing market environment.
Back to PropNex: A New Chapter
Rejoining PropNex in 2019, I quickly reestablish myself as a top performer, achieving multiple Gold and Super Gold awards. In 2020, I was recognized as TOP Landed Transactor and ranked among TOP 300 Individual Producers.
Despite the market’s ups and downs, I have maintained a consistent track record, demonstrating my commitment and adaptability. My recent accolades show that I continue to bring value to my clients.
